Sophia Rising strives to provide the greatest possible experience for all our clients in The Queen Life Academy and the following agreement outlines some parameters and terms of the Program.
To fully experience and gain the most benefit from The Queen Life Academy (“the Program”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following:
Section 1. Program Guidelines, Payment Terms
Program: The Queen Life Academy
Program Duration: 5 months
Payment Terms: You (“the Client”) hereby authorize The Queen Life Academy to collect the Program cost outlined above through successive monthly payments with the first payment being due on the date of enrollment in the Program and all subsequent payment installments being due 30 days after the previous payment.
❖ Acceptable payment methods include credit card.
❖ Completed payments can be refunded or reversed.
Section 2. Participation Terms. The Queen Life is committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus The Queen Life may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate the Client’s participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments due if the Client:
(a) Becomes disruptive or difficult to work with;
(b) Fails to follow the Program guidelines;
(c) And/Or impairs the participation of our employees, contractors, clients, instructors, or participants in the program.
Section 3. Program Content.
(a) Consulting, Lessons, Assignments and Services are centered around 1) Queen Entrepreneurial Mindset 2) Niching, Organic Attraction Marketing & Sales 3) Course Creation & Implementation
(b) All of the Program’s materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by The Queen Life or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with consulting services only.
(c) The information shared and areas of advisory are based on best practices and past experiences only and The Queen Life does not promise any specific results based upon actions that are recommended in the Program.
(d) If the Client wishes to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this program, the Client agrees to take full responsibility for her actions and furthermore agrees that her success in accordance with the claims made in marketing media and conversations with The Queen Life founder, employees or representatives in regards to the Program is dependent on the Client’s willingness to follow the steps outlined by The Queen Life.
(e) The Queen Life assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.
(f) With termination for any reason, including termination caused by behavior or a payment delinquency of 30 days or greater, the Client acknowledges and accepts that access to all Program contents may be terminated.
Section 4. Right to Use Screenshots & Likeness.
(a) The Client hereby consents to the use of her name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial, and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium including but not limited to television, radio, print media, and the internet for any purpose including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training, and research.
(b) The Client’s consent is granted to The Queen Life and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.
(c) The Client hereby waives all rights he or she may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by The Queen Life for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication.
(d) The Client also waives any right to inspect, review or approve any photograph, recording, or other written material at any time and waives the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by The Queen Life.
(e) The Client understands that The Queen Life owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording, or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.
Section 5. Terms of Sale.
(a) The Client agrees that he or she has fully consented to any payment to The Queen Life via the payment method(s) that the Client has provided and that any/all payments are valid.
(b) The Client hereby consents to the purchase of the Program content as outlined in Section 3.
(c) The Client agrees to waive any/all rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims (“disputes”) against any payment made to The Queen Life through his or her credit card company, bank, lending institution, or any other payment provider as being fraudulent, purchased in error, services not delivered to the Client, product not received, or any other dispute which claims that any payment is unlawful.
